Bio
My name is Melanie Garner and have a wonderful son Blake and a sweet little dog named Layla. I was born and raised in Franklin County and have taught here my entire career. After being a classroom teacher for 16 years I was given the opportunity to become a Librarian. I love being a Librarian!
My Mission:
As a library media specialist I have the good fortune to work with and sometimes mold young people. My goal in the library is to encourage students to read, support the freedom to read a variety of materials, and teach variety skills that will support life-long learning. I love my job!
